Four Hindu Yugas, ascendant and descendant: eight periods of about 1200 and 5000 years. The oval is the movement of the equinoxes. Yuga means “Era” in Tibetan and Hindu. Every Yuga has an ascendent and a descendent phase. It is more or less 900 years since we have slowly started coming out of the Kali Yuga, after having been in a long sleeping state for thousands of years. Now, we are going towards a period of great changes in the Dwapara ascendant.
